Ryan Blake MSc.
Integrative Psychotherapist
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. My aim is to offer a warm, steady space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s been difficult — at a pace that feels right for you. I work collaboratively and respectfully, helping you explore patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward lasting change.
I adhere to professional and ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality and data protection.
How Therapy Can Help
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that repeat despite your best efforts, anxious, low in mood, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. Sometimes there’s a clear difficulty; at other times it’s simply a sense that something isn’t quite right.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together we can begin to understand your experiences, the patterns that shape them, and what might help things shift in everyday life.

I work in an integrative way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on what will be most helpful for you. My work is influenced by contemporary behavioural and relational therapies, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship as a space for understanding, growth, and new experiences.
Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful. Alongside reflection and exploration, we may also look at practical ways of responding differently to the challenges you’re facing, helping you build greater confidence, clarity, and self-understanding over time.
